- Take exit 35A and merge onto NJ-34 S, then quickly use the right lane to join Garden State Pkwy S. This section is 0.5 miles, then 4.6 miles on the Parkway.
- Exit at 91B-A toward County Rd 549 S/Lanes Mill Rd into Lakewood (0.7 miles).
- Continue along County Rd 549/Lanes Mill Rd for 1.4 miles.
